About the Job

• Palmpay is looking to employ a passion-driven and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager (Pay with Transfer) to work closely with product, engineering and customer success teams to systemise product development and help scale product knowledge across the organisation.
• The Product Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing product quality assurance and identifying product improvement opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will be apt in supporting Sales and Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience.

Job Description

• Facilitating user interviews and other market research.
• Writing localized product copy and promotional copy
• Overseeing quality assurance checks on new features
• Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions.
• Establishing and iterating upon methods for gathering internal and external feedback for improving product development processes.
• Writing product training documents, organizing customer service training, and user internal testing.
• Working closely with the product team, design team, and sales to improve the customer experience.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mobile App, POS or Business Operation.
• Excellent understanding of product management and project management principles.
• Good at data analyzing, copywriting, and communicating with the coordinating department.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
