Job Title: Workspace Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coworking Space Manager to lead our Surulere location.
• This individual will oversee daily operations, manage our growing community/clients and drive revenue targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Surulere location.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and occupancy targets.
• Oversee the smooth running of hot-desking, private offices, training rooms, and events.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Build strong relationships with members and foster community.
• Organize community-building events and networking sessions.
• Report on performance and lead weekly target meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in coworking, hospitality, or office management.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Tech savvy (coworking software, POS, booking systems).
