Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to manage daily production activities at our factory/workshop. You will assign jobs to carpenters and production staff, monitor quality and progress, and make sure every job is completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign production jobs to carpenters, apprentices, and finishing staff
• Monitor daily production progress and keep the Job Card Tracker updated
• Carry out quality checks before any item is approved for delivery
• Monitor staff attendance and ensure materials/tools are available for active jobs
• Maintain workshop safety, organization, and cleanliness
• Submit a daily/weekly production report to the Operations Manager
• Enforce the company’s Rules & Regulations and SOPs on the workshop floor

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 3-5 years experience.
• Solid working knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and production processes
• Ability to read measurements and specifications accurately
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good record-keeping habits

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
