We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Location: Abuja & Aba – Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
• Conduct initial diagnosis of faults and verify completed repairs before vehicle release.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and workshop safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and job cards in line with company policy.
• Monitor and control workshop tools, equipment, and materials to prevent misuse or loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fleet or auto workshop operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background in diesel engine duty trucks and vehicle electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance systems or ERP tools is an added advantage.
