Summary

• The Wireline Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and cable systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of wireline equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with a proven track record of excellent service quality
• Experience in mechanical systems, transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Proficient in the use of test equipment such as multimeters and megameters
• Candidates with Wireline (WL) experience willing to transition into a Base Maintenance role are encouraged to apply
