Job Title: Wellness Program Coordinator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized Wellness Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement health and wellness initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of individuals, families, and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage wellness programs, seminars, and health awareness campaigns.
• Schedule and organize health consultations, trainings, and workshops.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new clients and participants.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant engagement.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding wellness initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of health promotion strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and prepare activity reports.
• Follow up with participants to encourage continued engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
