We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Well Test Office Base Operations Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate well-test activities from planning through execution and close-out.
• Review well-test programs, procedures, job requirements, and client specifications.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of well-test equipment and personnel.
• Liaise with field supervisors, well test engineers, drilling/completions teams, and clients.
• Prepare work schedules, equipment lists, manpower plans, and operational documentation.
• Track equipment availability, inspection status, certification, maintenance, and calibration.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, personnel movements, and other logistics.
• Monitor operational progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of well-test data, daily reports, job summaries, and operational documentation.
• Assist with preparation and review of well-test reports and final job documentation.
• Coordinate with HSE personnel to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in pre-job meetings, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and operational planning sessions.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, service tickets, and other commercial documentation related to well-test jobs.
• Identify potential operational delays or resource constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain communication between the office and field teams throughout the operation.
• Ensure lessons learned and post-job feedback are captured and communicated.
• Support continuous improvement of well-testing procedures, planning, and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in well testing, well services, drilling/completions, production operations, or a related oil & gas discipline.
• Good understanding of well-testing operations and equipment.
• Strong planning, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and oil & gas operational standards.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with field and office personnel.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 per month.
