Job Title: Web Building and Web Optimization Course Creator and Tutor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Role Description

• We are seeking a Course Creator and Instructor who will be responsible for creating and delivering online courses for our clientele. This hybrid full-time role will involve developing course content, designing curricula, and leading online instruction. You will be working with a team to create engaging and effective courses tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

You will create and tutor skills including:

• HTML (5) and CSS
• Conversion Rates Optimization (CRO) and Usability Testing
• On-page SEO Optimization
• UI/UX design and Web-Flow Methodologies
• Analytics and Data Interpretation
• Google Adsense & Website Monetization
• eCommerce Design, Optimization, and Integrations

Responsibilities

• Build out the LMS platform, (prowebdeveloper.ng), and manage student registrations.
• Teach up-to-date well-researched web-building, web optimization, web monetization, data interpretation and wireframing skills, etc.
• Create relevant courseware such as assignments, quizzes, guides, checklists, etc, and an updatable knowledge-base center.
• Create add-on pages on the LMS website to support marketing activities.
• Create ongoing webinars and curated content for social media marketing
• Provide qualitative support and coaching to our clientele.
• Contribute to marketing brainstorming sessions as well as recommend course improvement strategies.
• Create and moderate a support community for students
• Ensure all course materials are 100% copyright-free, tailored, and branded by the company.
• Cater to the web development needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Course Creator and Instructor, or in a similar teaching role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design and write effective course content
• Experience in creating interactive and engaging course materials
• Experience with LMS systems and course delivery platforms
• Experience with video editing, graphics, audio recording, and editing software
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate with a diverse team
• Relevant professional certifications (Paid)
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Important Information (Requirments)

• 3 – 5 years of experience in this role or a similar teachingrole is required.
• You will be required to work on-site up 3-5days per month.
• Interested applicants (and their guarantors) should be based in Ibadan.
• Expected to have professional certifications and extensive training in web development, using HTML, CSS, js and UI/UX (figma), and in other relevant skills pertaining to the course outline listed above, with evidence to show.
• You will be required to provide links to your past video tutorials/trainingsAND past web-buildingand UI/UX project.
• Proficiency in graphics and video editing is a must.
• You will be required to work on other web development projects as directed by the company
