Job Title: Water Treatment Operator

Summary

• The Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of water purification systems to ensure the production of high-quality water used in the manufacturing of infusion products.
• This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols to maintain the safety, purity, and consistency of water used in pharmaceutical formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis, distillation, filtration, and water polishing units.
• Conduct routine testing and analysis of water quality (e.g., microbial counts, chemical parameters).
• Record and maintain accurate logs of water treatment processes, test results, and equipment performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols related to water treatment and handling.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to meet water quality specifications.Assist in investigations of water quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NCEO qualification with 3 years experience.
