Job Title: Warranty Manager

Job Summary

• Ou client is seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee warranty claims, processes, and customer service while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company warranty policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with customers, dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers on warranty issues.
• Review claims, verify supporting documents, and minimise fraudulent claims.
• Monitor warranty costs, trends, and performance reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of warranty-related complaints.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warranty management, after-sales service, or a related role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant warranty / CRM systems.
• Experience in the automotive, electronics, or equipment industry is an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
