SANY Nigeria is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the daily operations of our heavy equipment spare parts warehouse in Lagos. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse and inventory professional who is comfortable managing large volumes of stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient movement of spare parts from receipt to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Storage: Receive overseas container shipments, verify parts against packing lists, sort inventory, and ensure proper storage within designated warehouse locations.
• Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records in both the ERP system and physical warehouse locations, conduct regular stock counts and audits, and support a target of high inventory accuracy.
• Order Fulfilment & Dispatch: Pick, pack, document, and prepare spare parts for customer delivery, ensuring all inventory movements are properly recorded and dispatched on time.
• ERP & Data Management: Record inventory transactions accurately and in real time, monitor stock movements, and utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain inventory visibility and reporting accuracy.

Profile Requirements

• ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, logistics, or a related role.
• Proven experience handling large inventories and high SKU volumes.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent inventory modules) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory.
• Proven ability to operate a forklift is required for handling heavy equipment and industrial components safely.
• Willingness to work overtime when operational requirements demand.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Candidates residing within or close to the Asese, Ibafo, Mowe, Magboro, Arepo, Berger, and surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
