Warehouse Specialist

• SANY Nigeria is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching heavy equipment spare parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming inventory and spare parts.
• Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and movement of warehouse stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in company systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Support container offloading and other warehouse operations as required.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse, inventory, logistics, or storekeeping experience.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and possess a valid forklift licence/certification.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Do NOT apply if:

• You are not currently based in Abuja.
• You cannot operate a forklift or do not possess a valid forklift licence/certification.
• You have no warehouse, inventory, storekeeping, or logistics experience.
• You are not comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.
