Job Title: Warehouse Pickup Representative

Job Summary 

• The Warehouse Pickup Representative is responsible for collecting parcels from designated warehouses and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to the company’s office or distribution center.
• This role requires a physically fit, alert, and reliable individual who can handle packages efficiently while maintaining accurate records and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up parcels and shipments from multiple warehouse locations as assigned.
• Ensure all items are properly checked, counted, and documented before collection.
• Transport parcels safely to the company’s office or designated hub within the required timeframe.
• Maintain real-time updates on pickup and delivery status.
• Verify shipment details, including quantity, condition, and documentation.
• Handle packages with care to avoid damage, loss, or misplacement.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of transport equipment or vehicle (if assigned).
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and delivery guidelines at all times.
• The right candidate must leave around iyana ipaja,agege, Abule -egba,ipaja (strictly)
• He must be ready to start work immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of [Secondary School Certificate / OND or equivalent].
• Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving packages when required.
• Smart, alert, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
• Familiarity with local routes and warehouse locations is an added advantage.
