General Description

Managing of WareHouse, receptions and supplies.

Responsibilities.

• Ensure Raw materials/Finished goods are received, stored in good condition to the WH.
• Determine appropriate storage locations and ensure proper arrangements for stacking.
• Raise Nakpo material received voucher (MRV) and issue the original copy to the Account department.
• Posting of receptions and issued on SAGE.
• Issuing of raw materials to production in line with first in first out and first expire first out (FEFO).
• Updating of Stock Cards. · Monitor stock pickers and labourers to avoid stock loss through pilfering and supplies.
• Weekly Nakpo production report to both Nakpo and production manager.
• Supply of goods to customers and transfers to other locations.

Basic Skills

• Computer Literate.
• ERP knowledge
• Analytical Skills.

Minimum Qualification

• BSc/HND in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
