Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Lagos

Overview

• A Warehouse Manager ensures goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, maintains inventory accuracy, supervises staff, and keeps the facility safe and compliant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory accuracythrough cycle counts, audits, and WMS reconciliation.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators and pickers.
• Monitor KPIssuch as order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and labor cost per unit.
• Ensure safety compliancewith OSHA standards; conduct audits and incident investigations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflowsto maximize space and productivity.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipmentswith suppliers, carriers, and internal departments
• Use WMS/ERP systemsto track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
• Implement process improvements, lean principles, and automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 8 years work experience.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory software.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight coordination, and material handling protocols.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
