Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Officer to oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics activities within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Coordinate the receipt, dispatch, and movement of goods.
• Process logistics documentation and track deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Pharmacology or a related Science discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, inventory management, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
