Job Title: Warehouse & Distribution Officer (Regional)

Location: Makurdi, Benue

About the Role

• We are looking for a Warehouse & Distribution Officer to oversee stock movement, inventory accuracy, and store operations across the North Region.
• You will ensure timely delivery of goods, proper inventory documentation, and compliance with company standards at all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and report stock levels accurately.
• Coordinate with transporters and Headquarters to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor store compliance, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and investigate variances or losses.
• Support, train, and guide Store Executives on inventory procedures.
• Consolidate and share weekly regional inventory and operations reports.
• Handle return logistics for faulty or damaged items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (FMCG).
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Organized, reliable, and willing to travel across the region.
