Job Title: Warehouse Assistant / Offloader

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Offloader is responsible for efficiently unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled safely, and assisting with proper placement and storage within the warehouse.
• This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely unload goods from trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Inspect items during offloading for damages or discrepancies.
• Move, sort, and arrange goods in designated storage areas.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory checks when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and loading area.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or product damage.
• Support warehouse staff in daily operations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Prior experience in offloading, warehouse, or logistics roles is an added advantage.
• Must reside within Iwofe and its environs.
• Ability to lift and move heavy goods repeatedly.
• Physical stamina and endurance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable.

Work Conditions:

• Physical work involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• May require working early mornings or late evenings, depending on delivery schedules.
