Job Description

• As a Waitress, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive, seating them at their tables, and presenting menus.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.
• Providing recommendations and answering any questions guests may have about the menu.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
