We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter & Waitress

Location: Ijebu-ode, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing any concerns.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
• Ensure timely service and assist in clearing tables efficiently.
• Provide guests with bills and process payments using cash, credit cards, or hotel charge accounts.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper table settings and hygiene standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in stocking restaurant supplies and restocking service stations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
• Handle guest inquiries about the hotel, menu items, and special promotions.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 years of experience.
