Job Description

• Marketing plan and strategy management: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple channels and regions.
• Brand management: Lead the development and maintenance of the Qore brand, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all marketing materials, communications, and external engagements.
• Product marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns that showcase Qore’s innovative solutions.
• Digital marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Communications: Craft compelling narratives, press releases, and media outreach strategies that position Qore as a thought leader in the fintech industry.
• Thought leadership: Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, conferences, webinars, industry events, and speaking engagements that showcase Qore’s expertise and innovation.
• Team management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team that delivers exceptional results and drives business growth.
• Budget management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven marketing investments.
• Partnerships and collaborations: Foster strategic partnerships with fintech companies, financial institutions, regulators, government agencies, and industry associations to drive business growth and expand Qore’s ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on fintech, financial services, or technology.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing and communications teams, with experience in managing global marketing efforts.
• Fintech expertise: Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including banking-as-a-platform infrastructure, digital banking, and financial innovation.
• Strategy execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and executive leadership.
