Job Title: Visa Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Application Processing: Review and evaluate visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration laws and policies.
• Customer Service: Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to applicants regarding visa requirements, processes, and application status
• Compliance and Security: Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and apply these updates to visa processing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in visa application.
• Lives in Ogba and its environs
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
