Job Description

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Virtual Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and appointment reminders
• Handle medical records and electronic health record (EHR) system updates
• Coordinate patient communications, including follow-ups and referrals
• Support telehealth session preparation and documentation
• Some roles may include virtual medical billing duties, requiring familiarity with billing software and insurance verification processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare office procedures
• Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions
• Ability to handle sensitive health information confidentially
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
