Job Title: Virtual Brand Assistant to Executive

Location: Remote
Reports To: Executive

About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Brand Assistant to support an executive in managing brand-related activities.
  • The ideal candidate will excel at social media management, research, and administrative support to help streamline operations and elevate the brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the executive’s social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts that align with the executive’s personal brand and professional goals.
  • Manage audience interactions, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify potential speaking engagements, partnerships, or networking opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments.
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, emails, and presentations.
  • Handle task coordination, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain databases and keep records updated.
  • Collaborate with the executive to generate ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
  • Provide ad hoc support for special projects as needed.
  •  Act as a liaison with external partners or teams when required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as [Google Workspace, Canva, Hootsuite, Trello, Slack, etc.].
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling platforms.
  • Knowledge of branding and personal brand management is a plus.

  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative.
  • Dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who pays attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and maintaining confidentiality.
