Job Summary

• The Videographer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that showcases the company’s properties, brand, client testimonials, and events.
• This role is central to visually telling the company’s story and promoting listings through compelling visuals for social media, advertising, and other digital platforms.

Job Description

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for real estate listings, including property walkthroughs, drone footage, neighbourhood overviews, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Capture and produce behind-the-scenes videos, company culture videos, and event coverage.
• Operate various video and photography equipment, including lighting, audio, and stabilization tools.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Edit and finalize videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, website).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, creative techniques, and social media video best practices.
• Organize and archive video files for easy access and future use.

Job Qualification

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably with a portfolio of real estate
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience with professional video cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Salary
N120,00 – N150,000 per month.
