Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor & Content Creator

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Videographer, Video Editor & Content Creator to drive our visual storytelling and digital content strategy.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and professional video content that reflects the brand’s identity and supports marketing, communications, and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms
• Capture corporate events, interviews, brand stories, and promotional content
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives

Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit and produce engaging video content with strong storytelling
• Add graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects
• Ensure content meets professional and brand standards

Digital Content & Social Media:

• Create content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Optimize videos for engagement, reach, and performance
• Collaborate with marketing to execute content calendars and campaigns

Creative Strategy:

• Contribute to content ideas and storytelling strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and content formats
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years’ experience in videography, editing, and content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory).

Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong videography and camera handling skills
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and composition
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills

Creative & Behavioral Skills:

• Strong storytelling and creative thinking ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of digital content trends

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000
• Competitive and based on experience and quality of portfolio
