Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer who can bring strong visual storytelling, professional cinematography, and high-quality editing to our brand.
• If you have a strong eye for detail, understand how to create engaging visual content, and can take a project from shooting through to final production, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for the company.
• Capture property, corporate, promotional, social media, and lifestyle content.
• Handle video editing, colour grading, transitions, sound, and overall post-production.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
• Operate cameras and other video production equipment effectively.
• Capture high-quality drone footage where applicable.
• Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Ensure all video content meets professional visual and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative video concepts.
• Organise and maintain video files and footage appropriately.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your videography and editing skills.
• Excellent understanding of framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Strong editing skills with good transitions, pacing, and colour grading.
• Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to video content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating social media content is an advantage.
• Drone operation experience is non-negotiable.
• Any other relevant/related experience is an added advantage.

Portfolio Requirement:
Applicants are required to submit samples of their previous work along with their application.

• For each sample, please indicate whether you were responsible for:
  • Shooting.
  • Editing.
  • Colour grading.
  • Drone operation.
  • The entire production.

Applicants with drone experience should also include 2–3 samples of their drone footage:

• The role is based in Ajah, Lagos.

Salary
