Job Title: Video Editor

Summary

• We are seeking a talented Video Editor to create engaging property videos, promotional materials, and social media content that capture the essence of the brand and listings.
• Our Video Editor is responsible for taking raw footage shot, reviewing audio, and using computer software to organize clips and then turning them into one cohesive finished project.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality marketing videos and add graphics, animations, and effects to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
• Work closely with the marketing team and directors to align video projects with campaigns.
• Maintain an organized archive of media assets.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• At least 1 proven work experience as a Video Editor
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
