We are hiring Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to represent Flour Mills of Nigeria across assigned routes and retail clusters. This role is ideal for motivated and target-driven individuals who are passionate about FMCG field sales and want to build a long-term career with one of Nigeria’s most reputable brands.

As a VSR, you will be responsible for driving the company van to retail stores, markets, and distribution points to sell and deliver Flour Mills products, grow customer accounts, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company sales van through assigned routes to sell and deliver Flour Mills products.
• Visit retail outlets, small shops, and mini-distributors daily to generate orders and close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain correct stock levels in the van and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash/products at the end of each day.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your route.
• Ensure products are properly displayed at customer outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
• Keep the sales van clean, functional, and in good working condition.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND certificate (SSCE with strong field experience may be considered).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive a manual transmission van.
• Experience in van sales or FMCG field sales is an added advantage.
• Strong passion for sales, customer engagement, and meeting targets.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, energetic, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and relevant local languages is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: ₦153,000 monthly
