We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Edo, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Nasarawa, & Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company van to assigned routes and locations to sell and distribute products to customers.
  • Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Generate daily sales and meet assigned sales targets within designated territories.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and proper stock handling within the van.
  • Collect payments and reconcile sales transactions accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels in the van and coordinate timely restocking.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, customer interactions, and daily activities.
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product performance.
  • Ensure the van is kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in van sales, direct sales, or FMCG distribution is an added advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
