Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years’ sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Sales Manager role within the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage high – performing teams.

Remuneration
