Job Summary

• We’re looking for a creative force who can combine design, storytelling, and user empathy to shape the future of education technology.
• As a UI/UX, Illustration & Interface Designer, you’ll craft clean, engaging user experiences, draw beautiful illustrations, and contribute to a design system that bridges brand and function.
• You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams to build a next-generation learning management system that’s intuitive, modern, and visually rich.

Responsibilities

• Build thoughtful and effective user experiences for web/mobile
• Design and maintain intuitive UI components using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Create original illustrations, icons, and interface visuals to support the product experience
• Contribute to animations/microinteractions to enhance usability and delight
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into polished interfaces
• Translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Help evolve the brand’s visual language and apply it consistently
• Be involved in light front-end development discussions (bonus if you’re open to learning!)

Qualifications & Qualities

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, or related creative fields
• Strong portfolio with work that includes interfaces, illustrations, and branding
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-evolving space
• Interest in technology and how it can enhance learning
• Passionate about education and creating intuitive learning experiences
• Curious about code or already exploring HTML/CSS/JS (not required — just excited to learn!).
