Job Title: Treasury Executive

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Executive to manage our daily liquidity, financial risk, and cash management operations.
• In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing cash flow, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring financial compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions, perform bank reconciliations, and forecast short- and long-term liquidity requirements.
• Banking Operations & Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners; manage bank accounts, loans, trade finance, and foreign exchange (FX) transactions.
• Financial Risk Management: Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risks, and debt obligations, implementing hedging strategies where applicable.
• Investments & Debt Servicing: Support treasury investments, loan disbursements, interest payments, and debt covenants compliance.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare weekly/monthly treasury management reports, cash flow analysis, and assist in audit preparation ensuring full compliance with internal controls and regulatory policies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory Prerequisite: Candidates must be fully qualified ICAN members (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) and present valid proof of certification upon application.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional Certification: Full ICAN Qualification is strictly required (proof of membership/certificate required).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in core treasury functions, corporate finance, or financial management.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage), and treasury management systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and sound ethical judgment.
