Job Description

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel & Study Abroad Consultant to assist clients with travel arrangements and international education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel destinations, flights, accommodation, and travel packages.
• Guide students on suitable universities, courses, admission requirements, and study destinations.
• Assist with visa applications, documentation, and application processes.
• Prepare travel and study plans tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.
• Follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and organizational skills. Experience in travel, education consultancy, or visa processing is an advantage.
