Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ability to book and issue Airline tickets seamlessly
• Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received
• Render excellent and unparalleled customer services to all clients
• Engage in key or targeted customer relations duties such as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Integrate new customers monthly
• Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
• Exude speed and excellence on the job
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Travel Consultant
• Certification by Amadeus & other GDS.

Skills:

• Proficiency in the use of the following Global Distribution Systems:Amadeus, Sabre and Galilieo
• Proficiency in processing of Ticket Refunds.
