Job Description

• The Training Instructor will develop and deliver security and technical training programs, ensuring personnel are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for security and technical staff.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions.

• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance training programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or technical training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing structured training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
