Job Title: Training & Development Lead – Credit Services

Summary

• We are hiring a strategic and creative leader to head its Financial Education Centre.
• The role focuses on expanding the company`s training arm by creating impactful content, delivering client-focused training, and driving market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a relevant training calendar
• Manage the delivery of training programs and consulting services
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Create engaging training content and lead marketing efforts
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue
• Oversee digital presence and manage training logistic.

Job Requirements

• A Degree from a reputable university
• 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, training design, and market outreach
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management
• MBA or postgraduate degree in management is an advantage.

Salary
N10,000,000 gross annually (based on experience and expertise).
