Job Summary 

• We’re seeking a highly experienced and skilled Trading Desk Head to join our team at Bios Technologies.
• As a Trading Desk Head, you’ll be responsible for leading our trading desk operations, developing and implementing trading strategies, and managing our trading team.

Responsibilities

• Lead our trading desk operations, including developing and implementing trading strategies and managing our trading team
• Analyze market trends and data to inform trading decisions and optimize trading performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders, including brokers, exchanges, and other market participants
• Manage and mitigate trading risk, including monitoring and controlling position sizes, stop-losses, and other risk management tools
• Collaborate with other departments, including risk management, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless and effective trading operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in trading, including experience leading a trading desk or team
• Strong understanding of trading principles, including technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading strategies
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and direct a trading team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex market data and make informed trading decisions
