Job Title: Tracking & Recovery Officer

Location: Head Office, Ikeja, Lagos

Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

• Monitor loan repayments, track overdue accounts, locate delinquent borrowers, and execute recovery strategies through calls and field visits to minimize defaults and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Track repayment schedules to identify overdue and delinquent accounts.
• Contact borrowers via calls, SMS, emails, and field visits to secure repayments.
• Negotiate realistic repayment plans and follow up on payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and an updated database of overdue accounts.
• Identify potential fraud and escalate high-risk cases to risk or legal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery and delinquency trends.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in debt recovery, collections, or loan monitoring within Fintech or Banking.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan management systems.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical reporting, and ability to handle difficult conversations. Attributes: Willingness to conduct field visits across Lagos and work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N320,000 / month.
