Job Title: Tik Tok Live Host & Content Creator

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, and sales-driven TikTok Live Host & Content Creator to become the face of our brand across social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will combine exceptional on-camera presence with strong content creation and sales abilities to drive audience engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate measurable revenue through livestreaming and digital content.
  • This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with audiences in real time, and understands how to turn engaging content into business results.

Key Responsibilities
Livestream Hosting & Sales Performance:

  • Host engaging and interactive TikTok livestream sessions that effectively showcase products and services.
  • Demonstrate products confidently while communicating key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build excitement during live sessions to encourage customer engagement and drive purchases.
  • Respond professionally to audience questions, comments, and concerns in real time.
  • Consistently contribute to revenue growth through effective livestream selling techniques.
  • Analyze audience behavior and continuously improve presentation styles to maximize viewer retention and conversion.

Content Creation & Brand Promotion:

  • Create, script, film, and publish high-quality short-form video content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Audience Engagement & Community Building:

  • Build and nurture an active online community through meaningful audience interactions.
  • Encourage audience participation through comments, shares, polls, challenges, and other engagement strategies.
  • Foster customer trust and loyalty through authentic and professional communication.
  • Support initiatives aimed at growing followers, increasing reach, and strengthening brand awareness.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Participate in content planning meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of livestream activities, content output, audience feedback, and sales results.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations for improving audience engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements
Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence speaking on camera and engaging large audiences.
  • Excellent content creation, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Understanding of TikTok algorithms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses.
  • Monthly earnings ranging from approximately N300,000 – N450,000, inclusive of basic salary, allowances, commissions, and performance incentives.
  • Additional earnings opportunities tied to sales performance and campaign success.
