Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Job Summary

• As the Ticketing and reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and other travel-related requests while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with information on flight schedules, fares, travel options, baggage requirements, and applicable airline policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain accurate booking and transaction records while coordinating with airlines and other travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations within the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or similar ticketing / reservation software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of airline reservations, ticketing procedures, fare rules, rebooking, cancellations, and customer service.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
