Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to manage ticketing operations, assist customers with bookings and enquiries, and ensure smooth and accurate processing of ticket transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer ticket bookings and reservations.
• Assist customers with ticket enquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and customer records.
• Handle ticket-related payments and documentation where required.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain relevant records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

Requirements

• Possess an HND or BSc in any relevant discipline with 2 – 5 years of relevant ticketing experience.
• Previous experience in a ticketing, travel, airline, hospitality, or related environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of ticket booking and reservation processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 – N175,000 per month.
