Job Title: Third-Party Integration Analyst

Summary

• As we scale our technology and operations, we’re looking for a resourceful and technically savvy individual to bridge the gap between our overseas development team and local third-party services.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Third-Party Integration Analyst to serve as a key liaison between our international software development team and essential local service providers such as payment gateways, SMS platforms, server hosting providers, and other third-party systems.
• This role goes beyond basic coordination—it requires someone who understands technical systems, stays current on industry standards, and proactively recommends integrations and improvements that meet business needs.
• The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a passion for building efficient, secure, and compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Liaison: Act as the intermediary between our external software development team and local third-party vendors, ensuring accurate communication of technical requirements and timelines.
• Vendor & Service Integration: Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party platforms including payment processors, SMS gateway providers, hosting platforms, and more.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct continuous research on industry trends, competitor tools, and technology best practices in fintech and digital lending.
• Compliance Alignment: Ensure third-party integrations adhere to regulatory and industry standards such as data privacy, server security, and payment compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of all vendor communications, technical requirements, and integration procedures.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with both the internal operations and product teams to translate business needs into actionable tech solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical or coordination role involving product development, IT systems, or third-party integrations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web technologies, server architecture, APIs, and payment systems.
• Strong understanding of digital products, especially in fintech, lending,
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to propose market-aligned solutions.
• Clear and confident communicator—both in writing and in person—with cross-cultural awareness.
• Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a tech startup, fintech, or digital platform company.
• Familiarity with compliance and data security best practices in Nigeria’s financial services space.
• Experience in website development, basic backend systems, or project coordination.
