Job Title: Territory Development Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A Territory Development Executive focuses on expanding and improving sales within a specific geographic area.They identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Key responsibilities include understanding the market landscape, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Present products/services to clients
  • Analyze sales data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage and expand a designated sales territory

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration within a defined geographic territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the local market.

Skills:

  • Sales Management, Business Development, Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, Analytical Skills, and Communication Skills.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
