Job Summary

• We are recruiting for Tellers for our client a commercial bank, who will be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and accounts
• Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Promote the bank’s products and services to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
• Maximum age of 28 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is an added advantage.
