Job Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Telesales Agent with a strong background in pharmacology or any medical science field to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Handle inbound inquiries from healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and pricing while addressing concerns.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, following up to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer engagement

Qualifications

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Tele-sales; CRM knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and sales techniques, like cold calling.
