Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Calling existing and potential customers to sellcompany products and services
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Updating customers’ details on our database, and then sharing this information to concerned users.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Reporting on marketing activities as relating to goals and impediments.
