Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite, with Shifts

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads to achieve sales targets.
• Engage customers, close sales, provide application support, and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, loan processing, and other customer requests within agreed service standards.
• Process loan transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting assigned KPIs and performance targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, products, and processes to support business improvement.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, customer acquisition, or related sales roles will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
• Evening shifts will operate on a work-from-home basis.
• Candidates may be required to work on Saturdays, depending on their assigned shift.

Salary

• N219,950 net monthly – Target: N50 million
• N300,000 net monthly – Target: N100 million.
