Description

• We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Tele Sale Analyst who will be responsible engaging with prospects at the top-of-the-funnel, with the intention to invite them for Champions screening session.

What You Will Do

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

• 0 – 1 year experience in sales, or any similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with experience.
• Ability to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
• Must possess strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work.
• Attention to details.
