We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tele-sales Marketer

Location: Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads or contact lists.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify potential leads by assessing their needs, interests, and purchasing intent.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the product’s or service’s unique selling points and benefits.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently, providing relevant information and solutions to overcome objections.
  • Closing Sales: Actively work towards closing sales by guiding potential customers through the sales process and handling necessary paperwork or online transactions.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that are not yet ready to make a purchase, keeping them engaged and interested.
  • CRM Usage: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies, especially regarding Do-Not-Call lists and consent requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Feedback: Gather and provide feedback to improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales processes.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • B.Sc / HND / ND / SSCE in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be an expert in IT especially excel
  • Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
  • Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
  • Must Reside in Lagos.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the product or service being offered.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric: A focus on providing excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different sales scenarios and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ethical Conduct: Strict adherence to ethical telemarketing practices and legal regulations.
  • High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement, although higher education or relevant certifications can be advantageous.

Salary
N840,000 annually.
